ORWAK hydraulic balers are widely used in retail, warehouses, manufacturing and processing facilities where large volumes of cardboard, paper and plastic are generated every day. They are needed to reduce waste volume on site, which optimises space, reduces waste disposal and lowers costs. The hydraulic system creates powerful pressure to compress the material into dense bales that are easy to transport and sell to recycling companies, turning waste into a source of additional income. Loading material and initialisation

The operator loads cardboard or paper into the press chamber, distributes the material evenly and closes the door. In manual mode, press Start; in automatic mode, the cycle begins after closing.

Pressing and forming bales

After starting, the plate descends and forms balls. A yellow indicator signals readiness for removal. If necessary, add a layer of cardboard, pull out and secure the ties.

Fixing and removing the ball

After securing the ties, the slab is lifted, the operator presses the unloading buttons, and the bale falls onto a pallet or trolley. The process is ready to be repeated.

MOLOK

Molok is an innovative system of semi-underground waste collection containers developed in Finland in the 1990s. It combines a vertical design with partial immersion in the ground, which ensures efficient use of space and reduces the frequency of waste collection.
